Welcome to the Portico Portals. Around you you will see four Portals at each cardinal point. To the North you will see the portal of EXPLORATION, to the South you will see the portal of TRANSFORMATION, the East the portal of CURIOSITY, and to the West the portal of DISCOVERY. Now look up. At the apex of these portals lives the Star Maiden, a star who has fallen from the night sky and taken the shape of a woman. She has lived for millennia, and she has many stories to tell. 

In this room, there are twenty one stories, each followed by a question. Each of you may choose a story, and answer a question. You are welcome to choose another story after you have answered the question, or you may simply move on. The amount of time you spend in the Portico Portals is entirely up to you.
