What is the difference between the $25 Ticket and the Holiday Bazaar? The Holiday Bazaar in the Grand Ballroom is free and open to the public from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM for gift shopping. The $25 Soulstice Ticket unlocks full access to the historic mansion, illuminated interactive installations, live variety performances, music, roaming storybook characters, and interactive rooms throughout the Haas-Lilienthal House.What light displays, art installations, and photo ops can I expect? SOULSTICE features self-guided, interactive light installations designed for play and exploration across the historic mansion. At the heart of the experience is a central illuminated installation bringing the glowing beauty of the Aurora Borealis to life under the lights of the northern hemisphere. Rather than traditional commercial figures, guests will encounter Father Time and a fantastical cast of winter characters; offering breathtaking, one-of-a-kind photo opportunities in every room.What kind of performances and entertainment can I expect? SOULSTICE features a rich, rotating lineup of world-class international artists, live musicians, storytellers, variety acts, dancers, magicians, and drag performers. Because live entertainment shifts dynamically throughout the festival, every day offers a unique, one-of-a-kind tapestry of multicultural holiday talent!How do arrival times and hourly timed entry work? Entry slots begin on the hour starting at 11:00 AM, with a maximum of 50 guests per time slot to ensure an uncrowded, intimate experience. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your ticketed entry time. Walk-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis as capacity permits.Is the experience suitable for young children and families? Yes! SOULSTICE is a heartwarming, multi-generational holiday festival welcoming guests of all ages. Children will love the interactive storybook characters, live performances, illuminated rooms, and hands-on crafting stations.How does hands-on crafting work? Our crafting parlour offers interactive stations where guests can create personalized holiday keepsakes and gifts from their own imagination. Access to the crafting area is included with your admission ticket, and craft supplies/materials are available for purchase on site based on your chosen project.Are food and beverages available on site? Yes! Culinary treats and drinks are catered on site by Crown & Crumpet, complete with a dedicated seating area. Enjoy an à la carte menu featuring savory bites, sweet treats, boxed lunches, and artisan teas. For kids, there is hot chocolate, hot cider, and pink coffee. Adults can enjoy our Holiday Champagne & Wine Bar, featuring fine wines, sparkling libations, and our signature Specialty Holiday Champagne Cocktail.How do I get to the Haas-Lilienthal House, and what is the parking situation? The mansion is located at 2007 Franklin Street (at Jackson Street) in Pacific Heights. Street parking is available throughout the neighborhood, and the venue is easily accessible via SF MUNI transit lines (including the 1 California, 49 Van Ness, and 12 Pacific buses, as well as nearby Cable Car lines). Rideshare drop-off is convenient directly in front of the main entrance portico.Is the historic mansion accessible? Yes, the mansion is 100% fully ADA accessible, welcoming all guests comfortably throughout the historic space.Can I attend both SOULSTICE and the evening performance of A Doll’s House? Absolutely! Many guests choose to enjoy the daytime SOULSTICE festival, explore Pacific Heights or dine locally, and return for the 7:30 PM evening performance of A Doll’s House. Please note that A Doll’s House requires a separate evening ticket and is mature contact for 13 years old and up at parents discretion.What is the refund and ticketing transfer policy? Due to strict hourly capacity limits inside the historic mansion, all ticket sales are final. However, tickets are fully transferable to friends or family if you are unable to attend your scheduled time slot.
