1.  DATES, TICKETS & PRICINGWhen does House of Weird run, and how do I secure tickets?
Limited October Run: Running for an exclusive, limited run over the last three weekends of October, including Halloween Night, timed entry tickets sell out fast, so reserve your preferred slot early before they are gone forever. (See Eventbrite calendar for exact availability per date).How much are tickets, and must I buy them in advance?
Ticket Price: $66 per person for all attendees. There are strictly no discounts or special ticket tiers for children or youth.
Advance Booking Required: Advance timed tickets are strictly required. Capping timeslots ensures an intimate, sensory-rich experience, making it unlikely that any tickets will be available at the door. Reserve your preferred entry time early.What is the refund and weather policy?Final Sales: All ticket sales are final. There are strictly no refunds, exchanges, or returns for this seasonal experience.Rain or Shine: The event runs rain or shine.Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time as noted on your ticket. Latecomers may not be admitted once a journey has departed, and no refunds will be issued for missed arrivals.2.  ARRIVAL, CHECK-IN & LOCATIONWhere do I check in when I arrive?Location: Check-in is located on the right side of the house. When facing the front of the mansion, look for the greeter stationed along the side walkway. Process: Ticket verification and initial check-in happen upon arrival along the side walkway before entering the mansion.What time should I arrive?
Arrival Window: Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled ticket time to check in, drop your coats, and enjoy the Spirit Lounge.Where is the venue located, and how do I get there?Address: The Haas-Lilienthal House, 2007 Franklin Street (at Jackson Street), San Francisco, CA.Parking Notice: There is strictly no on-site parking. Please see parking options. Transit Options: Public transit via San Francisco MUNI (the 49 Van Ness/Mission rapid bus stop at Van Ness and Jackson is just one block away, and the 19 Polk bus stops nearby) or ride shares directly to 2007 Franklin Street are strongly recommended.3.  THE EXPERIENCE, ATMOSPHERE & BARHow long does the tour last, and how much time should I plan for my visit?The Tour Path: The immersive haunted journey itself runs approximately 45 minutes.Total Time On Site: Please plan on being at the house for 1 hour or longer overall. This ensures you have plenty of time for check-in, coat drop, enjoying a potion in the Spirit Lounge, or joining a tarot reading.
What lighting and special effects are used?Special Effects: Laser lights, complete darkness, flickering lights, and UV lighting are used within the installations.Sensitivities: If you have severe light sensitivities, please inform our team upon check-in.What is the digital device and photo policy?Strict Digital Blackout: No photographers, cameras, or digital devices are permitted inside the house during the journey. Because of our unusual lighting effects, there can be absolutely no light bleed from screens or phones.Phone Requirement: All mobile phones must be turned completely off before entering the tour path. You are welcome to take photos in the Spirit ballroom before or after your tour.What is the Spirit lounge and drink minimum?The Lounge: Gather in the grand ballroom before or after your journey at our Spirit bar to enjoy magical potions, elixirs, wine, champagne, and non-alcoholic drinks.Drink Minimum: There is a one drink minimum per person (not included in the ticket price). Light snacks and candy are also available for purchase.Food & Drink Policy: No food or beverages are allowed on the tour route, but you are welcome to enjoy them in the ballroom before or after your show.Will there be tarot readings?Tarot Access: Depending on timing, an expert tarot reader will be on site in the Spirit lounge providing individual readings before or after your journey for an additional cost.4. Age Limit: Created for adults, families, and youth ages 8 and up. Strictly no children under the age of 8 are permitted. Please note that all attending guests require a standard $66 ticket.Who is this experience best suited for?

RULES, COSTUMES, BAGS & ACCESSIBILITYWhat is the costume and mask policy?No Face Masks: Costumes are welcomed, but no full face masks or face coverings are allowed.Garment Rules: All costumes must consist of soft garments with no sharp objects in pockets or attached to clothing.Size Restrictions: Costumes cannot exceed the physical width of your body due to narrow passages inside the mansion.What is the bag check policy?HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: DO NOT BRING BAGS. We strongly advise all guests NOT to bring backpacks, large bags, luggage, or bulky items onto the property.Self-Check Location: If you arrive with a bag or coat, items must be self-checked in the designated ballroom area prior to entering the tour route.Check at Your Own Risk: All self-checked items are left at your own risk. The venue assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.What shoes should I wear?Footwear Policy: Please wear sensible, flat walking shoes to navigate staircases and historic wooden floors safely. High heels, platforms, or slick soles are not permitted.Are restrooms available during the journey?Restroom Location: Accessible restrooms are available upon check-in and departure in the main lounge area. There are strictly no restrooms available while on the 45-minute tour path.Is the venue ADA accessible?
