A Diverse and Inclusive SF Experience

June 21, 2021

Written by Angelica Irreño

Pride awareness month makes us think about doing what we can to help others and serve a diverse population. The Gregangelo Museum and Velocity Arts & Entertainment involves working on gender identity and expression every day. We’ve been committed to equal human rights for rainbow communities and their liberation from all forms of discrimination.

Our freedom lies in the possibility of expressing our identity with pride and seeking to open spaces for inclusion. The Gregangelo Museum is that space. It is due to our wonderfully diverse team that we can grow stronger together every day. Our empathy, passion, creativity, and inspiration, impulses us towards the sky!! We create magic by bringing the most diverse artists from different ages, cultures, backgrounds, personalities, life experiences, and beliefs together to form a fascinating show.

We invite you to enjoy Pride through our colorful, diverse group of artists. Experience the joy as they showcase their creative passion through fluid expression and flaunt a beauty that exists beyond the constraints of normative confinements. Velocity Arts & Entertainment stands up for our LGBTQ+ community, and we voice our support for everyone to be treated with respect and acceptance.

We hope you can join us this Friday, June 25th, for an exclusive edition of our Metamorphosis experience. Embark on a transformational journey through The Gregangelo Museum's enchanted gardens, where we will be raising consciousness with pride. With a heart of gold, our artists use their voices, their art, and their passion for raising awareness around San Francisco's legacy LGBTQ+ community. We invite you to watch our artists LIVE as they command this journey with their unsurpassed presence and charisma.

This Friday is our LAST show for Metamorphosis. Tickets to our pride event are limited to June 25th only. You can find more information about Metamorphosis, emerge from your cocoon click here

"Being a queer artist I’ve learned and teach that the main principle for everyone to practice in our company is simply - acceptance. We never know the story or the path of the people we entertain or come across each day. It’s just so much easier to put aside any judgment and allow everyone to shine as their true selves."

- Gregangelo Herrera, Artistic Director & Owner of The Gregangelo Museum
